Customers often ask the same or similar questions , our answers are usually based on the product in question for example :
Q : I need a sample
A : Depending on the product we can often provide one, if it is an inexpensive pen for example we can send these out at no charge , if it is more expensive then we often have to pay for them ourselves, so we have to charge them out, this always happens with clothing . If however an order results from the sample and enquiry then we credit the sample against the order
Q : I want to know if an item is in stock
A : No problem, please contact us by either telephone or e-mail and we will advise you of this, usually by return
Q : I would like to order a catalogue
A : Again no problem , we usually carry a good stock of our comprehensive catalogue and are happy to send it to you , if you can advise us of your address by e-mail (including post code ) we will arrange for one to be sent
Q : Direct or alternative delivery
A : We can arrange delivery to any point that you prefer, often if the merchandise is for an event we send it to the venue,if it is outside the UK mainland there may be an additional charge for the carriage
Q : I need advice on a product
A : No problem , thats what we are here for , we prefer that our customers discuss the projects and products that they have so that we become involved, then we can understand the reason that they require the product and can advise for or against it. Occasionally we dont know enough about the product ourselves but in this way we are able to contact our suppliers and find out for you
Q : May we open a trading account with you
A : No problem, the first order is usually conducted on a pro forma basis unless the company is well known to us, while we are checking references, after the references are passed we can offer a strict 30 day account which is based on a completely separate set of prices than the website prices quoted.
